Sanctuary Health has a job vacancy for a Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse to work within a Home Treatment Team based in Barrow-In-Furness. The pay rate is £25 - £30 per hour (assignment).
Duties of the Community Psychiatric Nurse:
- Providing a high standard of intervention in line with service objectives and care standards
- Focused on preventing hospital admission and will ensure the smooth transition for service users between specialist and mainstream services and other teams
- Implement relevant mental health and community care legislation and provide supervision to other staff.
Requirements of the Band 6 Psychiatric Nurse:
- Registered Mental Health Nurse with NMC registration
- Previous experience as a CPN
- Experience of working with people who have a severe mental illness within an acute environment
