Sanctuary Health is currently looking for a Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse to work within a Rough Sleepers Mental Health Team based in Ruislip.
The pay rate for this full-time role is £23.75 - £26 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an initial 3-month contract.
Job Summary:
- As postholder of this role you will support the development of a new service that works with rough sleepers. The service provides support to individuals who are 18 and over and who are street homeless. You will be working in partnership with the band 7 lead, carrying out mental health assessments with a small caseload as well as working alongside partnership agencies.
Requirements of the Community Psychiatric Nurse:
- Valid NMC registration under Mental Health.
- Experience working within a similar role would be highly desirable.
- A degree or equivalent within Mental Health Nursing (RMN trained).
- You will need to demonstrate post qualification experience in mental health and have an interest or experience working with rough sleepers.
