Sanctuary Health has a job vacancy for a Band 6 Community Physiotherapist based in Hampshire as you will be required to support teams in both Fareham and Gosport.
The pay rate for this role is £24.80 per hour (LTD company equivalent) and is an initital 3-month contract.
You will be providing advanced clinical and professional physiotherapy to the Community Therapy/Community Hospital Team, and providing support to the Integrated Community Care team leaders.
As a Band 6 Physiotherapist, you will be undertaking physiotherapy assessments of patients with diverse and complex conditions, including physical and dementia. You will also be delivering rehabilitation programmes in conjunction with integrated mult-disciplinary teams including enablement staff.
This Physiotherapist position requires previous community experience and HCPC registration.
