Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 6 Community Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist to work full-time based in Christchurch, Dorset. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy and be registered with the HCPC.
The pay rate for this Occupational Therapist/Physiotherapist job is £24.80 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and this role offers a 3-month contract.
Main Duties:
- To complete autonomous assessments in the Community for patients who require intermediate care or rehabilitation to be restored to former independence after illness or injury.
- Will need to be able to provide a wide range of assessments and treatment plans to patients with a range of long term conditions and clinical presentations.
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent within Occupational Therapy/Physiotherapy
- HCPC registered as an Occupational Therapist/Physiotherapist
- Recent post qualifying experience working as an Occupational Therapist/Physiotherapist
- Previous NHS experience
- The candidate must have Community experience
