Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 6 Community Occupational Therapist to work full-time in Havant. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Occupational Therapy and be registered with the HCPC.
The pay rate for this locum Occupational Therapist job is £24.80 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and this role is on an initial 3-month contract.
About the role:
- To provide advanced clinical and professional Occupational Therapy to the Community Therapy Team, main function is to support with early facilitated discharged from acute hospital setting and admission avoidance.
- Undertake Occupational Therapy assessments of patients with diverse and complex conditions, and delivery of individualised Rehabilitation programmes in conjunction with integrated Multi-Disciplinary team.
Requirements of the Occupational Therapist:
- Degree or equivalent within Occupational Therapy
- NHS experience as an Occupational Therapist
- Must be a car driver
