Sanctuary Health has a permanent vacancy for an experienced and dedicated Band 6 Community Nurse to work in Frimley. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of community nursing and be registered with the NMC.
The salary for this permanent Community Nurse job is £30,401 to £37,267 per annum.
Summary:
- You will ensure all care given at home is of the highest standard and all assessments and interventions are following policy and appropriate standards.
- Offer support to keep people at home and aid with discharges.
- You will be based primarily in Frimley Park Hospital but will be caring for people in the Surrey Heath and Farnham area in their own homes, as well as working in partnership with the North East Hampshire team and supporting them as necessary.
Requirements of the Community Nurse:
- An in-date DBS is required for all roles/work
- RGN qualified
- NMC qualified
- Must have community nursing experience
