Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 6 Community Neuro Physiotherapist to work full-time in Doncaster. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Physiotherapy and be registered with the HCPC.
The pay rate for this locum Band 6 Community Neuro Physiotherapist job is £25.23 per hour (Assignment rate) and is a 3-month ongoing contract.
Duties:
- To provide specialist assessment, diagnosis and treatment of patients individually or in groups as an autonomous practitioner within the defined clinical speciality area of Parkinson's Disease and Parkinsonism
- To plan and organise own workload and support the work of others in the team
- To provide a responsive physiotherapy service
- To work with other members of the multi-disciplinary team to ensure holistic patient-focused care
- To assist in the operational management of the service and to participate in specific service developments relevant to the specialist area
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent within Physiotherapy
- HCPC registered as a Neuro Physiotherapist
- Recent post qualifying experience working as a Physiotherapist
- Previous NHS experience
- Must be a car driver
