Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 6 Mental Health Community Physiotherapist to work 13 hours a week over 2 days in Nottingham. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Physiotherapy and be registered with the HCPC.
The pay rate for this locum Physiotherapist job is £24 to £25 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is a 3-month contract.
Duties:
- To represent and promote the specialist role of physiotherapy within Community Mental Health Team or Intensive Recovery Intervention Service including involvement with service planning and development.
- To ensure a high-quality physiotherapy service is delivered to a defined caseload; to act as a care co-ordinator and to provide education, advice and liaison to/with other professional's, clients and carers
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent within Physiotherapy
- HCPC registered as a Physiotherapist
- Recent post qualifying experience working as a Physiotherapist
- Previous NHS experience
- Must be a car driver
