Sanctuary Health are currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 6 Community Mental Health Nurse to fill a full-time role based in Guernsey in Adult Community Services. The ideal candidates will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Mental Health Nursing and be registered with the NMC.
The salary for this Community Mental Health Nurse job is £31,531 £42,715 per annum.
Job Description:
- The States of Guernsey are looking to appoint a Community Mental Health Nurse.
- In conjunction with other members of the multi-disciplinary team you will be responsible for the delivery of mental health care to service users within the community, following a model of care which promotes close team work, and liaison/partnership with other mental health services as required.
The Requirements of the Community Mental Health Nurse:
- Degree or equivalent within Mental Health Nursing (RMN trained)
- NMC registration and a valid live pin
