What you will do:
- Provide ward-based clinical pharmacy services ensuring that patients receive optimal medicinal care.
- Conduct medicines reconciliation to maintain accurate patient medical records.
- Offer dispensary cover managing medication orders and stock levels efficiently.
- Prepare and coordinate discharge medication ensuring patients leave with the correct prescriptions.
- Conduct out-patients dispensing seamlessly and accurately.
- Use your expertise in Accredited Checking Technician ACT duties to ensure the highest standards of care.
