Sanctuary Health are currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 6 Care Coordinator (Registered Mental Health Nurse) to work full-time based in Headington, Oxfordshire. The ideal candidates will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Mental Health Nursing and be registered with the NMC.
The pay rate for this Care Coordinator job is £27-£29 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is an ongoing contract.
Requirements of the Care Coordinator:
- Degree or equivalent within Mental Health Nursing (RMN trained)
- NMC registration and a valid live pin
- Recent UK Nursing experience
- Experience of managing a case load and undertaking risk assessments
- This is a community role therefore a car driver with access to a vehicle is essential
