Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 6 Biomedical Scientist specialising in Biochemistry to work full-time based in Luton. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Biomedical Scientist practices and be registered with the HCPC.
The pay rate for this locum Biomedical Scientist job is £24.50 - £25 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is an initial 3-month contract. Expected to work our core hours Mon - Fri, which are 09:00 - 17:30.
Requirements of the Biomedical Scientist:
- Must have a relevant qualification in biomedical science (BSc (Hons) Biomedical Science or alternative qualification)
- HCPC registration
- 2 years post qualifying experience within a similar role
- Experience of using Roche Cobas 8000 lines, Roche P612, WinPath, and who can competently authorise patient results.
