Key Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and develop tailored treatment plans for adults with dysphagia.

Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care delivery.

Provide education and guidance to patients and families regarding dysphagia management.

Monitor and document patient progress, adapting therapy interventions as necessary.

Participate in team meetings and support the continued development of SLT services.
Essential Criteria:

Recent experience in adult acute speech and language therapy, with full dysphagia competencies.

HCPC registration is essential.

Experience in critical care is desirable but not mandatory.

A valid UK driving licence is advantageous, as travel between sites may be required.
