What you will do:
- Perform comprehensive dysphagia assessments and provide effective management plans for adults
- Assess and treat post-stroke communication impairments, tailoring interventions to each patient
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive patient care plans
- Document and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HCPC standards
- Utilize resources and strategies to educate patients and their families about dysphagia and communication disorders
- Travel to various locations as a car driver to deliver necessary patient support
The successful candidate must be HCPC registered and possess a valid UK driving licence, as car driving is essential for the role.
