Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 6 Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist specialising in Older People/Acute to work full-time based in Bournemouth. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy and be registered with the HCPC.
The pay rate for this Occupational Therapist/Physiotherapist job is £19 - £29 per hour (assignment rate) and this role offers a 3-month contract.
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent within Occupational Therapy/Physiotherapy
- HCPC registered as an Occupational Therapist/Physiotherapist
- Recent post qualifying experience working as an Occupational Therapist/Physiotherapist
- Previous NHS experience
- The candidate must have Older People/Acute experience
- Must be a car driver
- Experience of Discharge planning from Acute hospitals
- Caseload management of complex surgical and medical patients
- Be able to competently Manage a respiratory patient (physio)
