Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 5/6 Community Physiotherapist to work full-time in Luton within the Luton Intermediate Care Services. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Physiotherapy and be registered with the HCPC.

The salary for this Physiotherapist job is £24,214.00-£37,267.00 per annum and is a permanent contract.

Job Summary:

At our Luton Intermediate Care Service you'll join a team of community physiotherapist's, assessing and treating patients referred by all our health and social care stakeholders, providing a high standard of care and physiotherapy services to patients with diverse and sometimes complex conditions predominantly in their own homes and occasionally within care homes, nursing homes and our inpatient rehab unit.

Duties:

  • As a bank Community Physiotherapist, you will you'll be responsible for providing specialised physiotherapy assessment, treatment and advice to an independent caseload, working closely with colleagues in this multi-disciplinary team and supported senior Physiotherapists across Therapy Services.

Requirements:

  • HCPC registered as a Physiotherapist
  • Recent post qualifying experience working as a Physiotherapist
  • Previous NHS experience
  • Community Therapy or MSK experienced
  • Degree or equivalent within Physiotherapy
