Sanctuary Health is currently looking for a Band 5/6 Community Nurse to fill a full-time role within a Crisis Response / Neighbourhood Team in Barnsley.
The pay rate for this locum Nurse job is £19.74-£37.05 (Assignment rate) per hour depending on shift and banding and is an initial 3-month contract.
Duties:
- Delivering IV antibiotics
- Carrying out assessments / interventions to prevent hospital admissions and maintain people in their own homes
- Attending ward rounds within the 3 intermediate care home beds (28 + beds) wrapping care required around the patients within intermediate care in these homes and the patient's own homes
Requirements of the Community Nurse:
- Valid NMC registration
- Degree or equivalent in Nursing
- Community experience
