Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 5/6 Community Inpatient Occupational Therapist to work in Rotherham on a full-time/part-time basis. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Occupational Therapy and be registered with the HCPC.
The pay rate for this locum Occupational Therapist job is £20 - £25 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an ongoing contract.
Duties:
- Community working including domiciliary services, intermediate care and care homes
- To provide a high standard occupational therapy service, including the supervision of support staff within areas of work, primarily in the community setting/ residential rehab beds and any other area as service development requires
Requirements of the Occupational Therapist:
- Degree or equivalent within Occupational Therapy
- HCPC registered as an Occupational Therapist
- Recent NHS experience either pre or post qualification
- Experience of working within medicine, care of the older person
- Experience on acute ward
- Experience of system one would be desirable for those with community experience
