Sanctuary Health are currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 5 Registered Mental Health Nurse to fill a full-time role within an Older Adults Inpatient Ward based in Aylesbury. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Mental Health Nursing and be registered with the NMC.
The pay rate for this Registered Mental Health Nurse job is £20 - £30 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is an initial 2-month contract.
Summary:
- The role involves assessing patients care needs on admission and formulating person centred care plans, risk assessment ,participating in ward reviews and CPAs ,supporting patients with Activities of daily living and liaising with MDT and families.
Requirements of the Registered Mental Health Nurse:
- Degree or equivalent within Mental Health Nursing (RMN trained)
- NMC registration and a valid live pin
- Recent UK Nursing experience
- Experience of working with older adults and knowledge of their physical health needs and how to address these needs
