Sanctuary Health are currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 5 Registered Mental Health Nurse to complete Ad-hoc Shifts in Chelmsford. The ideal candidates will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Mental Health Nursing and be registered with the NMC.
The pay rate for this Registered Mental Health Nurse job is £18.45 - £19.19 per hour (Assignment rate).
Summary:
- The Senior Staff Nurse under the supervision of the Ward Manager or Deputy is responsible for the assessment of care needs and the development of programmes.
- You will be expected to carry out all relevant forms of care without direct supervision and may be required to demonstrate procedures and supervise qualified and unqualified staff.
- The post holder will be designated to take charge on a regular basis of the ward or day hospital, and will also fulfil the role of primary nurse to a group of patients.
Requirements of the Registered Mental Health Nurse:
- Degree or equivalent within Mental Health Nursing (RMN trained)
- NMC registration and a valid live pin
- Experience within a similar role
- Required to work 7 day service 12hr shifts-37.5 hrs- Day /night duties service will confirm what's needed to fit in with Rota.
