Sanctuary Health is currently looking for a Band 5 Registered General Nurse to work full-time based in Stafford. The ideal candidates will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Nursing and be registered with the NMC.
The pay rate for this Registered General Nurse role is £19.05 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is a 10-month contract.
Job role:
- The role will involve having an overview of the physical health needs of our clients, taking bloods, completing physical health assessments, communicating with GP's, providing support - care plans to clients who are pre diabetic.
- Referring clients who have physical health needs to appropriate services.
- Having an understanding of the service's targets in relation to physical health monitoring and supporting team to reach these.
- Supervision of band 4 physical health practitioner.
Requirements of the Registered General Nurse:
- Valid NMC registration under Adult Nursing.
- UK Experience working within a similar role (acute/hospital).
