What you will do:
- Contribute operationally to the development and delivery of pharmaceutical and medicines management initiatives across the Trust in alignment with national policies and strategies.
- Manufacture and dispense pharmaceutical products, offering expert advice to patients and healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate within a hospital pharmacy environment to ensure smooth operation of pharmacy services, including procurement and the management of homecare settings.
- Ensure high standards of patient care by optimising the use of medicines across the Trust.
