Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experience and dedicated Band 5 or 6 Community / Reablement Occupational Therapist to work full-time in Bletchley, Milton Keynes.
The pay rate for this locum Occupational Therapist job is £20.46-£24.00 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is an initial 3-4 month contract.
Duties:
- To provide Occupational Therapy assessments and deliver person centred rehabilitation and individualised goals.
- To undertake all aspects of clinical duties as an autonomous practitioner.
- Working in rotations within the Community, assisting in admission avoidance assessments, the Getting People Home pathway to facilitate early supported discharge from the acute hospital and Inpatient rehabilitation pathways.
Requirements of the Occupational Therapist:
- Degree or equivalent within Occupational Therapy
- HCPC registered as an Occupational Therapist
- Recent NHS experience either pre or post qualification
- Must be car driver
