Sanctuary Health has a locum vaccancy for an experienced and dedicated Band 5 Mental Health Practitioner to work either full-time or part-time based in Plymouth.
The pay rate for this locum Mental Health Practitioner job is £30 per hour. (Assignment rate) and is an initial 3-month contract.
Summary:
To Delegate work to others as required utilised knowledge of skills and resources of the team
To line manage Band 2/3 staff, and undertake ongoing supervision
Take responsibility of training staff
Able to embed Recovery Focused Tools and approaches
Requirements:
Degree or equivalent in mental health nursing
NMC registration
Experience within a similar role
