Medicines Management Pharmacy Technician – Band 5 – HMP Exeter – £22.84 per hour – Full time – Ongoing

This role is ongoing, providing you with the opportunity to work full time from Monday to Friday, with working hours from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. What you will do:
- Provide a medicines management service to allocated prisons, ensuring the safe supply and administration of medicines.
- Administer medications to offenders based on valid prescriptions.
- Oversee the ordering and supply process for repeat prescriptions.
- Supervise dispensary assistants, ensuring high standards in dispensing service.
- Work towards accreditation as a checking technician or medicines administration provider, if not already achieved.
- Conduct weekly clinical visits, offering stock management and consulting services to prisoners and staff.
- Promote inmate health in line with local and national guidelines.
