Sanctuary Health is currently looking for a Band 5 RGN Community Nurse to fill a full-time role in a Community Falls Team in Whiston.
The pay rate for this locum Nurse job is £19.63 (Assignment rate) per hour and is an initial 3-month contract.
Duties:
- The work involves visiting elderly clients in their own home and carrying out a multi factorial falls assessment which usually takes about an hour to do. They will then be responsible for writing up the report on their assessment and arranging any onward referrals.
Requirements of the Community Nurse:
- Valid NMC registration
- Degree or equivalent in Nursing
- Must be a car driver
- Computer literate
- Community experience
- Must be a car driver
