Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 5 Community Nurse to work in South Telford. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of community nursing and be registered with the NMC.
The pay rate for this locum Community Nurse job is £20 - £31 per hour (Assignment rate) depending on shift pattern. These shifts are full-time hours, Monday - Friday. These hours are 08:00 - 16:00, 08:30 - 16:30 or 09:00 - 17:00., there may be an additional need to work weekends but this is tbc.
Pay rates:
Weekdays - £20 - £21 per hour
Saturdays/Nights - £26 per hour
Sundays/Bank Holidays - £31 per hour
Requirements of the Community Nurse:
An in-date DBS is required for all roles/work
RGN qualified
NMC qualified
Must have Community experience
Experience of syringe drivers and palliative care would be desirable however not essential.
Must be a car driver
Must be competent in Venepuncture, Insulin & Tinzaparin administration, Catheterisation, Wound care & compression bandaging
