Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Social Worker to work full-time in Armagh, within the Family Support Team. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in children's services and be registered with the HCPC.
The pay rate for this locum Social Worker job is £12.80 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is an initial 3-month contract.
Requirements of the Social Worker:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current HCPC registration
- Significant senior level frontline experience within children's services
- 4 GCSEs at Grades A-C including English Language or equivalent / higher qualification
- Ideally 6 months' experience (either paid or voluntary) in a Social Care Setting working with children and/or families
- Currently hold registration with the Northern Ireland Social Care Council on the Social Care part of the register
- Hold a full current driving license valid for use in the UK and have access to a car
- Experience of delivering intensive family support
