Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 4 Physiotherapy assistant to work full-time in an Intermediate Care Team based in Chesham. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Physiotherapy and be registered with the HCPC.
The pay rate for this locum Physiotherapy assistant job is £14.50 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an ongoing contract.
Job Summary:
- To work in intermediate care beds in a nursing home in Chesham with the PT, OT, and care home staff
- The role will be following the rehab treatment plans for patients set by the PT and OT to maximise patients for discharge back home asap where they can receive further rehab with the community intermediate care team if required
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent within Physiotherapy
- HCPC registered as a Physiotherapist
- Recent post qualifying experience working as a Physiotherapist
- Previous NHS experience is preferred
- Must be a car driver
