Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 3 Healthcare Assistant (HCA) to work in London in Community Recovery Services .
The pay rate for this locum Healthcare Assistant job is £13.72 up to £14.51 per hour (Assignment rate) and is a 4 month contract.
Job Function:
- The function of this post is to support the Band 6 Discharge Facilitator with patient flows between mental health inpatient beds and community by supporting care coordinators with the facilitation of timely discharges of patients, through effective liaison with key partners and providers and maintaining electronic systems to share data.
