Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 3 Healthcare Assistant to work full-time within a Care Coordination Team based in Southend.
The pay rate for this locum Healthcare Assistant job is £13 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent).
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage telephone and face to face enquiries from all staff groups, patients, relatives and carers providing information as required.
- Direct and prioritise queries as appropriate to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of the service delivery.
- To maintain efficient systems to ensure that documentation and information is effectively managed and filed with accuracy and sensitivity, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
- Assist other staff within the team to cover during sickness and Annual Leave where appropriate.
- Ability to work on own initiative, unsupervised and to manage own workload.
- Complete at home continence assessment, refer on as necessary and complete an annual assessment.
- To perform joint visits with other professional's such as the pharmacist or Age UK team.

- Must have recent experience as a Healthcare assistant
