Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 3 Healthcare Assistant to fill shifts based in Essex.
The pay rate for this locum Healthcare Assistant job is from £13.79 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent).
Summary:
- The role involves working in a team as well as automatously. And will provide support for patients within the caste point and Rochford community, promoting health, wellbeing and independence.
- You will assess the patient's home situation and environment and to communicate with other professionals in order to create a cohesive, community based support structure for the patient to rely on and there for promote staying independent for longer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage telephone and face to face enquiries from all staff groups, patients, relatives and carers providing information as required
- Direct and prioritise queries as appropriate to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of the service delivery
- To maintain efficient systems to ensure that documentation and information is effectively managed and filed with accuracy and sensitivity, maintaining confidentiality at all times
- To undertake mandatory training and contribute to own development
Requirements of the Healthcare Assistant:
- Recent experience within a similar role
- Mental Health Experience - 1 Year Minimum
- PMVA
