Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 2 Healthcare Assistant to fill shifts within a Residential Social Care home supporting Individuals with Learning Disabilities based in Surrey.
The pay rate for this locum Healthcare Assistant job is from £12.13 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent).
Summary:
- Supporting Individuals with learning Disabilities in every aspect of their daily life and living skills.
- Supporting Individuals to manage diagnosed health needs.
- Supporting Individuals with their personalised nutrition and fluid management.
- Personal care, access to community, access to health care appointments, supporting with activities within the home environment, supporting with activities of daily living within the home environment, cooking, cleaning, updating information on computer.
Requirements of the Healthcare Assistant:
- Recent experience within a similar role
- Mental Health Experience - 1 Year Minimum
- PMVA
