Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated AYSE & Learning Coordinator to work full-time within a Principal Social Work Team based in Blackpool. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in children's services and be registered with the Social Work England.
The salary for this permanent AYSE & Learning Coordinator job is £38,813 to £42,683 per annum.
As post holder you will:
- Work as part of a team to develop and manage the delivery of the Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE) Development programme, support social work student placements, apprentices and step up students.
- You will proactively support managers with recruitment and induction across Children's Services.
- You will work under the guidance of the Principal Social Worker, develop and manage the delivery of a career academy across Children's Services and support the implementation of the practice improvement plan.
