Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an Associate Pracititioner to work within a Home First Team in Harlow, Essex.

The salary for this permanent NAssociate Pracititioner role is £21,892-£24,157 per annum.

Summary:

  • As an Associate Practitioner you will be responsible for assisting in managing the care of service users, under the guidance of the Advanced Nurse Practitioners.
  • You will also provide practical support to the service users and carer's performing day to day activities, guidance and education.
  • You will be part of a flourishing Multidisciplinary Team and work collaboratively with key partner organisations, service users, carers, clinicians and other practitioners to provide a 7 day a week 365 days a year service, working shifts were appropriate and operationally required.

Requirements of the Associate Pracititioner:

  • Foundation Degree - Associate Practitioner or equivalent.
  • Experience of working within a team environment.
  • Experience of working with people with mental health issues and vulnerable service users.
  • Basic IT knowledge i.e. Word and Outlook.
  • Understanding of the role of the Support Worker role.
  • Experience or understanding of using an electronic information system.
  • Experience of dealing with confidential and sensitive information.
