What you will do:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Children’s Single Point of Access Team.
- Support and manage a team of social workers, providing guidance and supervision to ensure high standards of service delivery.
- Ensure that MASH (Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub) processes are implemented effectively, seeking opportunities to improve outcomes for children.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure children and families receive timely and appropriate support.
- Develop and implement strategies for the continuous improvement of workflows and assessment processes.
