Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Assistant Team Manager to fill a full-time role within the Children's Locality team based in London.
The pay rate for this locum Assistant Team Manager job is £37 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is an initial 3-month contract.
The Assistant Team Manager will be responsible for assisting the Locality Manager in ensuring that the team are appropriately staffed and supervised to deliver the best outcomes for children across a range of interventions.
Requirements of the Assistant Team Manager:
- A recognized and relevant professional social work qualification (Degree / Diploma in Social Work).
- Registered on Social Work England.
- Management experience is essential.
- Must be a car driver
- The Assistant Team Manager is required to have expert knowledge of (and provide expert advice on) all aspects of child protection, looked after children and children in need work, including relevant legislation, statutory regulations and guidance, research evidence and practice models. This expertise will be shared across the service area.
- The post holder will require high level communication and influencing skills with a wide range of stake-holders to assist the Team Manager in ensuring that all partner agencies are working in a co-ordinated and integrated way to keep children safe.
