Sanctuary Social Care has a permanent job vacancy for an experienced and dedicated Assistant Team Manager to work full-time within an Children in Need Team based in Wandsworth. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in children's services and be registered with the HCPC.
The salary for this permanent Social Work Team Manager job is £40,183 to £47,274 per annum.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
Deputise effectively in relation to team management
Delivery of high quality, reflective supervision
Support the team by giving time for reflection and analysis in relation to complex cases
Quality assurance
Performance Management
Requirements of the Social Work Team Manager:
Degree or equivalent in social work
Current HCPC registration
Significant senior level frontline experience within children's services
