Sanctuary Social Care has a permanent vacancy for an experienced and dedicated Assessment Team Manager to work full-time within a Duty and Assessment Team based in Dudley. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in Children's Services and be registered with Social Work England.
The salary for this permanent Assessment Team Manager role is £47,328 - £50,741 per annum.
Summary:
- You will have responsibility for one of five Duty and Assessment teams and will be responsible for ensuring children and their families receive a high quality service through Children and Families Assessments and section 47 enquiries.
- You will have an assigned administrative coordinator and direct access to the Centre for Professional Practice, with a dedicated Advance Practitioner aligned to support improvement across all of Duty and Assessment.
Requirements of the Assessment Team Manager:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current Social Work England registration
- Significant senior level frontline experience within Children's Services
