Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 6 Mental Health Nurse to work full-time as an Assessment Clinician based in Aylesbury. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Mental Health Nursing and be registered with the NMC.
The pay rate for this locum Assessment Clinician role is £30 per hour (Assignment Rate) and is a 3-month contract.
Main areas covered:
- Triaging and completing routine assessments.
- Signposting to other services, or completing short term follow up/treatment with the patient.
- Some remote working from home.
Requirements of the Assessment Clinician:
- Valid NMC registration under Mental Health
- Experience working within a similar role would be highly desirable
- A degree or equivalent within Mental Health Nursing (RMN trained)
- Community experience is required
- Car driver is required.
- Required to work 37.5 hours per week: 9-5 shifts
