Sanctuary Criminal Justice is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Assessment and Reconnection Worker to work in Westminster. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of substance misuse.

The pay rate for this locum Assessment and Reconnection Worker job is £14.82 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is an ongoing contract.

Hours:

Monday - 12noon to 8pm
Tuesday - 12noon to 8pm
Wednesday - 2:30pm to 11pm
Thursday - Off
Friday - Off
Saturday - 08:00am to 4pm
Sunday - 2:30pm to 10:30pm

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • To be responsible to the Assessment Hub Manager for the day-to-day delivery of the Assessment and Reconnection Service.
  • Carry out comprehensive new rough sleeper client assessments; offer support and advice around reconnection or accommodation offers and, enter client and service offer details onto CHAIN and other data bases.
  • Draw up effective action plans with clients and through case management offer support and advice around reconnection.
  • To attend Team meetings and take part in Service policy and planning.
  • To participate in an Assessment Hub 7 days a week 24-hour staff rota

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience within a similar Substance Misuse role
  • Experience with substance misuse clients
  • Experience within Substance Misuse/Outreach & Reconnection
