Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Charge Nurse / Sister to fill a role based in Taunton. The ideal candidates will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of general nursing and be registered with the NMC.
The pay rate for this Charge Nurse / Sister role is £25.23-£35.65 per hour depending on shift (Assignment rate) and is a 3-month contract.
The first 4-5 weeks will be full time, Monday - Friday on-site training to a level, equivalent to as if you were joining permanently. Shifts will vary following this in order to lead at different blood collection sessions, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. Night shifts are not required in this role. The start date for these roles is ASAP. Any long notice period from current roles may not be suitable unfortunately due to the urgency.
Requirements of the Charge Nurse / Sister:
- Degree or equivalent in general nursing
- Active NMC Registration as a registered general nurse
