What you will do:
- Engage actively with children and young people, using excellent communication skills to develop trusting relationships.
- Lead care and placement planning while minimising risk through a methodical and organised approach, ensuring long-term improvement in outcomes.
- Ensure stable placements are appropriate for the individual needs of children and young people.
- Work collaboratively with various stakeholders to maintain regular updates and reviews of care plans.
- Provide guidance and support to less experienced team members, sharing your expertise and knowledge.
