Sanctuary Personnel, a leading and award-winning recruitment agency has a permanent Advanced Social Worker role available within a Family Service (Adolescent) based in Croydon.
The salary for this permanent Social Worker job is £44,790 - £46,839 per annum.
Job purpose:
- Undertake a range of statutory duties in accordance with the Children Act 1989 and in relation to children and their families who are in need/ in need of protection, and other child care services.
- Manage a Children and Families caseload of various levels of complexity, including assessment, planning implementation and evaluation of appropriate action and to ensure that resources are utilised effectively to safeguard and promote the welfare of children and their families.
Requirements of the Social Worker:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current Social Work England registration
- Significant senior level frontline experience within Children’s Services
- Experience of working in a statutory setting with children and making professional judgments that deliver improved outcomes
- Evidence of building effective relationships with children, families and other professionals.
