Sanctuary Personnel, a committed and competitive recruitment agency is currently looking for an experienced Advanced Practitioner to fill a permanent role within a Contextual Safeguarding Team based in Hillingdon.
The salary for this permanent Social Worker job is £44,790- 48,819 per annum (pro rata).
Main duties:
- Oversee the delivery of in house child criminal exploitation team - AXIS and dedicated Mobile and Detached Youth Work Team
- Work at pace with practitioners from a variety of professional backgrounds and drive forward a child first approach to delivering services to children at risk of exploitation "at the right time, in the right place, in the right way"
- Use your knowledge of contextual safeguarding to inform operational and strategic activity across the local authority, regionally and nationally
Requirements of the Social Worker:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current Social Work England registration
- Significant senior level frontline experience within Children’s Services
