Sanctuary Social Care has permanent vacancy for a Advanced Practitioner to work full-time based in Buckinghamshire. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in Adult's Services and be registered with Social Work England.
The salary for this permanent Advanced Practitioner role is £41,860 - £44,007 per annum.
Duties:
- Work alongside the PSW, Advanced Practitioners and Workforce Development Manager to provide peer support and action learning sets
- Undertake observations of practice of NQSW's on the ASYE programme
- Participate in initial and review meetings (3, 6 12 months)
- Complete ASYE documentation
- Work closely with NQSW line managers to ensure the record of support and progressive assessment is complete for each social worker leading to the final holistic assessment and recommendation
Requirements of the Advanced Practitioner:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current Social Work England registration
- Significant senior level frontline experience within Adult's services
- Ability to deal confidentially with sensitive information
- Effective interpersonal skills.
- Ability to deal calmly, politely and professionally in different situations to a wide customer base.
