Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Social Worker to work full-time in Leicester. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in Adults' Services and be registered with Social Work England.
The pay rate for this locum Social Worker job is £28.00 - £30.00 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an initial 3-month contract.
Duties:
- Compile plans and to monitor and review these plans in accordance with Agency guidance
- Maintain detailed written records and case recording
Requirements of the Social Worker:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current Social Work England registration
- Experience of working with adults with learning disabilities, mental health problems, older people, physical or sensory disabilities or substance misuse issues
- Experience of working within the care management process
- Experience of completing clear complex assessments
- Experience of producing clear reports
