Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Adults Social Worker to work full-time Thurrock. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in Adults' Services and be registered with Social Work England.
The pay rate for this locum Social Worker job is £26 per hour (Assignment rate) and is available on a 3-month contract.
About the role:
- To provide high quality, professional service to all adults under the care of the Thurrock Assertive Outreach Team, suffering with severe and enduring mental health problems/ who require support in crisis or pending crisis.
- To engage with Individuals to carry out person centred /outcome focussed risk assessment and management support when they need a response and ensure services are provided, as required.
Requirements of the Social Worker:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current Social Work England registration
- Significant senior level frontline experience within Adults' Services
