Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Team Manager to fill a full-time role within an Adults Service based in Wakefield.
The pay rate for this locum Team Manager job is £400 - £500 per day (LTD Company Equivalent) and is an initial 5-month contract.
Duties:
- To ensure effective partnership working across a complex landscape of statutory, voluntary and private organisations working with adults locally to deliver effective services
- To ensure delivery of high quality cost effective integrated adult social care and NHS community health care services through management of Integrated Care Teams wrapped around GP Practice Networks, set within the context of delivering Care Closer to Home
- To support the Director of Integrated Care in delivering continuous improvement and delivery of excellent quality services
- To support the Director of Integrated Care in delivering plans in relation to integration of Adult Social Care and NHS Community Health Care services within the Care Closer to Home programme
Requirements:
- A recognised and relevant professional social work qualification (Degree / Diploma in Social Work).
- Qualified Social Work England registered Social Worker
- Management experience is essential.
- Management qualification, e.g. MBA, DMS
- Evidence of continuous professional and managerial development
