What you will do:
- Carry out statutory duties and responsibilities in accordance with relevant legislative frameworks
- Maintain high standards of practice in line with Social Work England, focusing on adults’ services
- Manage a caseload effectively, prioritising service delivery based on eligibility criteria
- Enable self-directed support for people and carers through assessments and support plans
- Conduct risk assessments to ensure the safety and wellbeing of individuals
- Utilize community resources creatively, including technology and equipment
- Contribute to the supervision and development of social care workers and students
- Apply advanced knowledge of legislation, policies, and practices, promoting best practices
